Entries for this award will come from planning teams operating in the residential property sector, who have made significant contributions to developments in terms of securing planning consents for a wide range of projects.

Entrants in this category could include specialist planning consultancies and public sector planning teams who are instrumental in driving forward development.

The award will recognise the work of the planning teams in helping to unlock sites for development as well as managing public consultations and undertaking community engagement. Judges will be looking for evidence where their contribution has been vital to the overall success of the project.

Entrants should demonstrate a broad spectrum of activity and project success across the residential property sector and will be judged on the strengths of up to three projects in the North West. All three will be examples of planning permission granted during the qualifying period OR reaching a major milestone for the client.

Qualifying period: 1st November 2025 – 31st October 2026
