Entries for this award will come from property finance teams operating in the residential property sector engaged in development funding. They include, but are not limited to, banks, bridging finance providers, private equity firms, other alternative lenders and finance brokers.

The award will recognise the work of the funding teams in securing the finances to enable projects in the region to happen. Judges will want to know the significance of the funding and the wider contribution it might play in the local market or economy.
