Entries for this award will come from law firms specialising in residential property deals which have made a real impact on the North West property industry in the past 12 months. They can include teams focusing on construction work and those in development transactions.

For this entry, identify up to three residential property related transactions – providing details of scope, parties and key terms – upon which you wish to be judged. For example, deals could include land deals, funding for a PRS scheme, or a joint-venture agreements.

For this category, the judges are not looking for examples of house-purchase conveyancing.

The judges will be strongly influenced by the information you provide including relevant details about your company. The judges will also use their knowledge of the property industry to assess the performance of entrants.

Answers to the following are not obligatory but additional information will help the judges put your entry into context.

1. Total value of major residential property transactions advised upon in the North West over the last 12 months.
2. Total fee income during the qualifying period for major deals in the residential property sector in the North West.
3. Total number of partners and fee earners in your firm’s property department in the North West.
