Entries for this award will come from a consultancy team or business which has made a real impact on the North West residential property industry during the qualifying period. They could include teams focusing on project management, engineering, technology, architecture, insurance broking, transaction services such as due diligence, as well as property sales and letting agencies.

Your submission will be judged primarily on the demonstrable benefits your work brought to client(s). The judges will be strongly influenced by the information you provide including relevant details about your company/team and your specialisms.

The judges will also use their knowledge of the property industry to assess the performance of entrants.

PLEASE NOTE – entries from planning consultancies will not be judged in this category. There is a separate planning consultancy category.

Qualifying period: 1st November 2025 – 31st October 2026
